IT security administrator (helpdesk)

Position Description
  • Helpline tasks and incident handling in IT security field
  • Analyzing and document security events in a multinational company-environment
  • Elimination and detection of security gaps
  • System preparations for IT security audits
  • Analyzing network traffic and security logs
  • System-wide failures escalations toward the manufacturer
Position Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years relevant professional experience
  • Strong, active German language skills and English knowledge (orally and written daily use)
  • Advanced network user knowledge (CCNA)
  • Basic IT security knowledge
  • Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems basics
  • Insistent, conscientious, precise work, and proactive, studious personality
Advantages
