IT System Supporter (IT rendszerüzemeltető)
Position Description

• 2nd and 3rd level support of business specific and infrastructure applications for external and internal clients 
• Ensure the smooth working of applications, perform updates and version changes on Windows or Linux platform 
• Make migrations, correct errors, fulfill requests 
• Performance tunning 
• Cooperation with the German colleagues 

Position Requirements

• University or college degree in IT field, or relevant work experiences 
• Intermediate German and at least basic English laguage skills 
• Basic knowledge in server/ client/ network architectures, components 
• Practice in script writing

Advantage 

• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MSSQL) 
• Experience in Middleware 
• Knowledge of ITIL
