Our partner is a leading service provider in the field of telecommunication, who is now looking for a CRM Application Administrator with great english skills.

Feladatok:

  • Confirm/deny responsibility for taking charge of the incident/problem
  • Incident/problem classification and logging
  • Solve Incident/problem
  • Group incidents with same error pattern or other similar characteristics
  • Provide 2nd level problem determination, help to solve incidents and problems
  • In case of not solving by them self, provide problem description and dispatches an incident/problem
Elvárások:
  • University degree in Informatics
  • Experience in IT operations or softver development
  • Oracle Siebel or other CRM experience
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office knowledge
  • ITIL knowledge
