Feladatok:
- Monitoring and maintenance of all backup infrastructures.
- Participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation with peers.
- Strategic planning for improving processes and procedures
- Facilitating communication between the backup teams
- Resolving escalated customer issues.
- Providing technical advice and direction to Backup Administrators

ADATTÁRHÁZ RENDSZERSZERVEZŐ, MODELLEZŐ (BUDAPEST)
Feladatok:
- Adattárház fejlesztés/építés rendszerszervezési feladatainak ellátása
- Adatmodell kialakítása, továbbfejlesztése, karbantartása és dokumentálása
- Együttműködés az üzleti és a társ IT területekkel az adattárház, adatpiacok, illetve riportok fejlesztésében, az új üzleti igények értelmezésében, meghatározásában
- A különböző felhasználó területekről érkező fejlesztési igényeket elemzése és konszolidációja az adattárház optimális kihasználása, kiaknázása és az adatmodell konzisztenciájának megőrzése érdekében
- Részvétel az adatmodell változással járó banki projektekben, fejlesztésekben és ezek során az üzleti igények IT követelményekké alakítása, logikai rendszerterv készítése, útmutatás a szükséges fejlesztések végrehajtására vonatkozóan, az elkészült fejlesztések szervezői tesztelése.
- Kapcsolattartás a rendszerek szállítóival, külső munkatársakkal, a felmerülő hibák kijavíttatásának koordinálása
Elvárások:
- Felsőfokú végzettség (informatikai vagy gazdasági)
- SQL lekérdező nyelv alapos ismerete
- 2-5 év hasonló területen szerzett tapasztalat

DATABASE AND APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR
Our multinational partner has a leading position in its own specific segment of FMCG retail. Currently we are looking for a talented specialist to the following position:
Feladatok:
- Technical implementation, configuration, documentation and administration of databases and technical applications to ensure availability and resilience (applications/databases to include Oracle, SQL Server, Websphere Application Server, AIX O/S administration, MQ Series, printing technologies and business applications to include Global Internet, E1, Supply chain, Order Management, HR/Payroll but not restricted to these)
- Providing support for Global applications as agreed with the relevant teams
- Some co-ordination of the technical elements of projects – this includes ensuring integration with developers, vendors, off-shore resources and business users
- Following up on support tickets with vendors – impact of failure could be unavailability or sub-optimal usage of critical IT systems
- Adherence to service management processes for change, incident management and problem management
- Participate in the technical elements of business/IT projects involving the supported technologies (upgrades, new installations and configurations etc.) under the guidance of a technical project co-ordinator or project manager
- Liaison with colleagues in global teams and external vendors, off-shore resources, other IT groups, business users, managers to co-ordinate technical tasks, exchange technical experience and ensure that standards/procedures are common and documented
- Also needs to keep skills current in the supported technologies
Elvárások:
- 2-3 years’ experience in supporting one or more of the relevant technologies (Oracle, Websphere, AIX, MQSeries) in a complex mission-critical environment
- High-level technical skills in one or more of the following:Oracle Database Administration, AIX operation system administration, IBM Websphere Application Server administration, IBM MQSeries administration, Good verbal and written English skills, Ability to work in international environment
