• 2nd level application support SAP CRM
• Analysis and troubleshooting in a complex application landscape
• Incident und problem management according to ITIL
• Coordination of Release Management und Deployment
• Application monitoring & reporting
• Customizing
• Coordination of maintenance tasks and releasetest

Elvárások:

• Unversity degree
• Very good application knowledge in SAP CRM
• Practical experience in implementation or support of SAP
• German and English knowledge
