Feladatok:
- Application operation, 2nd, 3rd level support
- In case of incoming incidents making steps for troubleshooting (analyse and correct the incidents, etc.), and/or contacting with the leader
- Handling the changes of the applications and Linux operation systems (releases, patches)
- Making reports
- Event monitoring
- University or College degree, or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate German language knowledge
- At least 2-5 years relevant work experience
- Linux or Unix Shell Scripting knowledge
- System-approach and precision
- Quick understanding of complex problems
- Good communication skills, and customer-oriented approach
- Good teamplayer attitude
- ITIL certification
