DB2 DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Feladatok:
- Implementation, Maintenance and Operation of DB2 systems and associated additional DB2 software & tools
- Organizing and supporting system operation up to 7x24 hours
- Detection of operational failures and performance bottlenecks, doing performance analyses and measures
- Backup, restart and recovery of DB2 systems
- Administration of DB2 system security and system integrity
- Formulating/carrying out change requests for basic DB2 systems
- Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Standards, methods, procedures and solutions for an optimized DB2 System operation
Elvárások:
- Min. 5 years of experience and very good knowledge of application- and DB2 operation and system engineering
- Intermediate knowledge of English language
- Installation / Administration / Operation DB2 systems
- File organization forms and DB tools
- Omegamon and/or TMON monitors
- Basic z/OS system knowledge and various sub-systems
- Basic SNA and TCP/IP knowledge
- Basic knowledge of z/OS Sysplex architecture and DB2 data sharing architecture
- Detailed TSO, ISPF, JCL knowledge

Our partner is a leading service provider in the fiels of telecommunication, who is now looking for a German Speaking Mainframe Administrator.
Feladatok:
- Incident, problem and change management as TSI process standards
- Application-independent customersupport (security, filemanagement, filetransfer)
- Planning and implementing Batch jobs
- IDMS and/or DB2 application database maintenance, implementation
- Monitoring and error-handling Batch jobs and online components (IDMS, DB2, MQS, CICS, WAS)
- Developing, implementing and maintaining standard process , methods and solutions for the optimal application service
- Automatization of the operational workflow
Elvárások:
- University/College degree in IT Field
- 3-5 years experience in similar workfield
- Advanced German language knowledge
- Basic z/OS system and subsystem knowledge
- Wide TSO, ISPF, JCL knowledge
- Basic job schedule systemknowledge
- Basic programming knowledge in REXX, or in SLIST field

JUNIOR MAINFRAME OPERATOR (BUDAPEST)

Feladatok:
- Supervision of the batchproduction for the customers
- Maneging wrong batchjobs as the standards
- Processing Changes, incidents in the Service Center, including escalations in 2nd level support or at the customer
- Starting, stopping transactions
- Supervision of database savings, restarts, IMS-BMP abdump
- IDMS/IMS/DB2/CICS/MQS general management
- Creating, processing and forwarding daily reports
- Using Scheduling systems (AJM, OPC, CA7, APX/PCC)
Elvárások:
- University/College degree or relevant professional experience
- Confident German language user (written and oral) and intermediate English knowledge
- Knowledge of Mainframe scheduling tools (e.g.: OPC)
- Some knowledge of Ticketing tools (Service Center, ARS)
- Willingness to work independently, reliability, flexibility
