- Supervision of the batchproduction for the customers
- Maneging wrong batchjobs as the standards
- Processing Changes, incidents in the Service Center, including escalations in 2nd level support or at the customer
- Starting, stopping transactions
- Supervision of database savings, restarts, IMS-BMP abdump
- IDMS/IMS/DB2/CICS/MQS general management
- Creating, processing and forwarding daily reports
- Using Scheduling systems (AJM, OPC, CA7, APX/PCC)
- University/College degree or relevant professional experience
- Confident German language user (written and oral) and intermediate English knowledge
- Knowledge of Mainframe scheduling tools (e.g.: OPC)
- Some knowledge of Ticketing tools (Service Center, ARS)
- Willingness to work independently, reliability, flexibility
