IT security administrator (helpdesk)
Position Description
- Helpline tasks and incident handling in IT security field
- Analyzing and document security events in a multinational company-environment
- Elimination and detection of security gaps
- System preparations for IT security audits
- Analyzing network traffic and security logs
- System-wide failures escalations toward the manufacturer
- At least 2-3 years relevant professional experience
- Strong, active German language skills and English knowledge (orally and written daily use)
- Advanced network user knowledge (CCNA)
- Basic IT security knowledge
- Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems basics
- Insistent, conscientious, precise work, and proactive, studious personality
- Experience operating, configurating and working with networks and IT security
- SAP and ticket handling tools knowledge
- Experience in Helpdesk and multinational work environment
- ECDL exam
