One of the International Commercial Banks is currently looking for an Operating Systems Head.
Feladatok:
- Ensure that Operating Systems team provides accurate and timely response and resolution to server related requests and problems
- Serve as main point of contact on all operating system related matters
- Liaise with both the Bank internal and external parties for resolution of hardware, operating system and system application issues
- Ensure all new and existing technology and process conform to the financial institutions and/or regulatory standards and audit requirements
- Ensure compliance across the server environment is maintained as per corporate standards
- Ensure proper technical and financial planning of server infrastructure, meet financial targets
- IT staff within operating system team
- Minimum 3 years IT Management experience at a Financial Institution
- Higher education (IT or engineer degree)
- Fluency in English
- Management experience to supervise server administrators
- 3rd level support experience in a large complex environment
- Flexibility to respond quickly to high criticality situations
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, AIX
- Logical thinking skills
- Effective people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
