Position Description:
Putting in operation of PCs, notebooks, peripheries
Second level remote and field service supporting of IT tools
Observance of connecting service levels (SLA)
Administration of labor
Handling guarantee faults with third person

Position Requirements:
Minimum qualification in secondary school
§Intermediate level knowledge of German language
At least 3 years experience in IT support
Server HW/Networking/Win7/Lotus Notes knowledge
Deep knowledge of Windows XP
Deep knowledge of MS Office products
Client orientation approach
Good problem recognizing and solving skill
Exactitude
